This is how you order
Buying from an online store is easy. Find the products you like and add them to the cart. As a rule, all products can be found in stock, but if a product has run out, we will announce it on the product page. Once you have completed your purchase, you can choose the delivery method that suits you and pay for your order using your preferred payment method.
Once we receive your order, we will process it as soon as possible and ship it using your preferred delivery method.

Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Private customers can pay for their orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart. Business customers can also request billing rights.
Our packaging and delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order.
We will send the ordered products by post as soon as possible, usually within one day of receiving the order. If any of the goods in your order have run out of our stock, we will contact you.
Product return policy
All products have a full 14 day return policy. The product can be returned free of charge with our postal code 639809. Matkahuolto's contract code is 9544489. The returned product must be unused and re-salable and the product labels must be attached. We only refund returned products, not shipping costs. Please make a return notice for products that come back so we know you are waiting for them to arrive. We do not respond to return messages, but you can return the products either via Matkahuolto or by post. The postal return number is 639809 and Matkahuolto's return is 9544489.
When ordering from abroad, the customer pays the return himself !!
You can exchange the product by sending it back to us with the above codes and place a new order through our online store.
Product error correction
If the delivered product is damaged when you arrive, you can make an error message about the product and leave the so-called damaged product. as a customer return to the post office at 639809. In this case, you do not have to pay the postage. At the same time, please let us know if you will return the product and want the money back or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one.
For non-collected packages, we charge a handling fee of 20 euros !!!!
